These terms govern your use of ishipped ("the Service"), operated by Quusoh LLC.
The Service displays apps published on the App Store under a developer ID you provide. All app information is retrieved from Apple's public iTunes Lookup API. The Service does not sell, distribute, or broker apps.
You may publish one page per account at {username}.ishipped.app. You are responsible for the developer ID you connect and for your profile text and links. Connect only a developer ID you control.
App names, icons, screenshots, categories and ratings belong to their respective developers and Apple. Images are served from Apple's CDN. Every app shown links to its App Store product page. If an app is removed from the App Store, its icon and screenshots stop being displayed. ishipped is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
We may suspend or delete a page that violates these terms, or in response to a valid request from a rights holder. You can request deletion of your own page at any time via the removal request page.
The Service is provided "as is". App information depends on a third-party API and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on ishipped.app before taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
